Yes, I do have a favorite memory of the Vigan Fiesta Carnival! I was invited by my friends to try the Ferris Wheel. I accepted their challenge and went for it. At first, I was nervous, but then when the ride stopped and were at the highest part of it, it felt so calming. Then there I realized that I don't have to fear heights..I just have to look the beauty in it.
